1. General
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. The latter is responsible for providing N # ICE Tapas @ Home with a complete and exact delivery address.
In the event that delivery could not be made as agreed through the fault of the customer, the costs of the return and the second delivery will be invoiced at cost price.
Delivery is made as soon as the product is made available to the customer by post, by the carrier or at the place agreed with the customer. As a rule, delivery will take place at the door of the recipient's apartment.
2. Deadlines
As a rule, our items are in stock and are delivered daily between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We reserve the right to deliver +/- 30 min of the chosen time.
3. Delivery price
We deliver food and wine to homes in the regions between Geneva and Lutry. Minimum order CHF150

These general conditions of sale apply to any purchase of products made on the website of N # ICE Tapas @ Home belonging to the company Komm Gestion SA (hereinafter the site).
Online product offers and prices are only valid as long as they are visible on the site and while stocks last. The drawings or images appear on the site for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contractual conditions.
The information and explanations appearing on the site are given for information only and do not constitute contractual documents.
N # ICE Tapas @ Home declines all responsibility for any errors or omissions related to said information or explanations.
2. Price
The prices indicated on the site are in Swiss francs exclusively. Unless otherwise indicated, they are inclusive of all taxes and per bottle, per course or per menu.
All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs.
N # ICE Tapas @ Home reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The prices invoiced to the customer for the products delivered are those in force on the date of the order and which appear on the order confirmation.
Furthermore, the promotional discounts offered within the framework of specific commercial actions cannot be combined with other discounts. These special promotional discounts are calculated directly online and deducted from the order amount.
3. Order
In Switzerland, the purchase of alcohol is prohibited for minors. The customer confirms by his order, that he or the recipient is at least 18 years old. It ensures that all the information transmitted is correct.
The order is deemed final as soon as the customer validates his transaction on the site.
Sending the order by the customer implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale in their entirety, to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions.
N # ICE Tapas @ Home reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer.
When a vintage is exhausted, we deliver the next available vintage without notice. This is applicable as long as the new vintage is comparable from a price, quality and grape variety point of view. For high-end wines, we will ask for your authorization before proceeding with the delivery of a different vintage.
When a dish is sold out, we deliver the similar dish without notice. This is applicable as long as the new dish is comparable in terms of price, ingredients and quantity.
4. Payment
The invoiced price is the price indicated on the order confirmation which is sent to the customer.
We offer the following different payment methods:
Credit cards (free of charge), via the secure Stripe site
Payment to the delivery person (free of charge) in cash only
5. Return and complaint
It is the customer's responsibility to check the merchandise immediately upon delivery and to make all reservations and complaints about any defects or non-compliance. These reservations and complaints must be sent to N # ICE Tapas @ Home by email (contact@nicetapasbar.com) as soon as possible but no later than 3 days after delivery.
The shipping costs in the case of a return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Guarantee
N # ICE Tapas @ Home grants a 12-month guarantee on any wine defects (in particular corky taste), insofar as it has been stored in conditions suitable for its good conservation.
This guarantee is not valid for wines over 5 years old or for grands crus.
In order for N # ICE Tapas @ Home to be able to replace the defective wine, the customer will inform him beforehand by email (contact@nicetapasbar.com). After agreement with N # ICE Tapas @ Home, the customer will return the defective wine in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice. The postage fees are paid by the client.
Cash reimbursement is excluded. The customer will receive as a refund a voucher on the site for the value of the defective wine.
7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
This contract is subject to Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is the ordinary courts at the registered office of N # ICE Tapas @ Home, in Lausanne.
